Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may request a return after delivery if eligible (see below).
- Prepaid Orders: If cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Cancellation by Digiwiz Furniture: We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock.
- Payment is not received or fails verification.
- Any discrepancies or fraudulent activity are detected in the order.
Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Product
- Wrong Item Delivered
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We will offer:
- A full refund if a replacement is not available.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used, assembled, or installed products.
- Items with minor colour, texture, or grain variations.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items.
- Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
