Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may request a return after delivery if eligible (see below).
  • Prepaid Orders: If cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation by Digiwiz Furniture: We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
    • The product is out of stock.
    • Payment is not received or fails verification.
    • Any discrepancies or fraudulent activity are detected in the order.

Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product
  • Wrong Item Delivered

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We will offer:

  • A full refund if a replacement is not available.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used, assembled, or installed products.
  • Items with minor colour, texture, or grain variations.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items.
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
